ESAB is seeking a CNC Maintenance Supervisor in Hermosillo to oversee the maintenance of production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to company standards. You will lead technicians, establish preventive maintenance programs, and manage training and inventory to support reliable operations.

The role involves scheduling manufacturing activities, selecting and developing personnel, and guiding teams to meet objectives through established guidelines and policies.

Formación

• Experience in maintenance management of production equipment.
• Ability to lead technicians and schedule maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Inventory and spare parts management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees maintenance of production equipment to meet company standards and minimize downtime.
• Directs technicians in repair and maintenance of production and test equipment.
• Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Manages training programs to ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance.
• Maintains inventory and/or spare parts; ensures supply for upkeep and repairs.
• Schedules manufacturing activities to optimize uptime and efficiency.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation.
• Receives objectives and goals; directs subordinates on assigned tasks according to guidelines.
• Supervises Support track employees and occasionally performs similar work as their subordinates.

Receives assignments in the form objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Supervises Support track employees and may occasionally perform similar work as their subordinates.
