You will supervise technicians, manage inventories, schedule manufacturing activities, and mentor staff to operate with established guidelines and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience leading maintenance teams and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to supervise technicians and ensure equipment uptime.

Job Description:

Oversees the maintenance of production equipment. Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Oversees technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Manages training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures. Maintains inventory and/or spare parts. Schedules manufacturing activities. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Receives assignments in the form objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Supervises Support track employees and may occasionally perform similar work as their subordinates.
