Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a Machining Maintenance Process Coach to lead on-shift uptime across 4- and 5-axis CNC cells. You will supervise unionized technicians, implement TPM/Maximo, and ensure safety with LOTO/ZES procedures.

The role emphasizes MTTR reduction, root-cause troubleshooting with Grob, Heller, Makino, and Comau equipment, and disciplined maintenance execution, while maintaining strong focus on electrical and mechanical safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in automated industrial plant maintenance with supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with a professional license in electromechanical or related field.
• Strong CNC/controls knowledge including Siemens Sinumerik 840D or Fanuc 30i/31i.
• Safety training and NFPA 70E compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a unionized maintenance crew on a shift to maximize machine uptime.
• Ensure zero energy state before any intervention via LOTO/ZES.
• Audit and execute TPM/Maximo work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Drive MTTR reduction and root-cause analysis across CNC cells.
• Oversee spare parts handling and tool crib activities.
