AgileEngine is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. This role covers AWS, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, S3, Fivetran, and custom ingestion pipelines.

You will set architectural standards, advance CI/CD and observability, lead major incidents, and mentor engineers across LatAm and beyond.

Formación

• 6+ years in Cloud/Platform/SRE roles.
• AWS production environments expertise.
• Kubernetes and EKS proficiency.
• Argo Workflows or similar orchestration.
• Terraform and IaC, CI/CD, rollbacks.
• Experience with data platforms and pipelines (Snowflake, S3, dbt, Fivetran/HVR).

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical direction and end-to-end reliability of the managed Data Platform across AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, S3, Fivetran, and Tableau dependencies.
• Lead the technical transition into managed services and readiness validation.
• Establish cloud architecture principles, IaC standards, and CI/CD practices.
• Provide technical leadership for AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Argo Workflows, and deployment automation.
• Translate needs into actionable technical requirements and backlog.
• Guide cross-platform decisions and coordinate complex cross-team troubleshooting.
• Direct incident response with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Ensure changes undergo thorough review, validation, and rollback planning.
