AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will lead AWS/EKS operations, Argo Workflows, and IaC practices, guiding cross-functional teams through complex incidents and platform transitions. You will establish architecture principles, CI/CD standards, observability patterns, and platform engineering priorities while mentoring engineers and coordinating with security,

Formación

• 6+ years in Cloud/Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Hands-on AWS production environments and cloud architecture.
• Advanced Kubernetes & EKS experience, including troubleshooting and reliability.
• Hands-on Argo Workflows or comparable orchestration platform.
• IaC with Terraform and CI/CD, release automation and rollback practices.
• Observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident routing for distributed systems.
• Lead incidents and cross-functional troubleshooting across infra, pipelines, and analytics.
• Production platforms with SLAs, runbooks, change controls and on-call responsibilities.
• Knowledge of data platforms (Snowflake, S3 data lakes, SQL, dbt, ingestion tools).
• Python/Shell/Bash for automation and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the reliability and end-to-end operation of the managed Data Platform on AWS/EKS and related tools.
• Lead transition into managed services with platform discovery, risk mapping, and knowledge transfer.
• Define architecture principles, IaC standards, CI/CD, observability and platform priorities.
• Provide leadership for AWS, Kubernetes, Argo, deployment automation, secrets, and capacity.
• Translate business and security needs into actionable technical requirements and backlog.
• Guide cross-platform decisions on Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, S3, and analytics dependencies.
• Lead cross-platform troubleshooting and L3 escalation during incidents.
• Direct major incident response including post-incident reviews and preventive actions.
• Ensure changes/releases have review, validation, rollback planning, and traceability.
• Define and monitor reliability metrics like availability and data freshness.
• Drive automation, observability, auto-remediation and cost efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Security, Governance, Analytics, IT for least-privilege access and auditability.
• Review designs and ensure secure, scalable solutions within managed-service model.
• Mentor engineers and improve team practices across distributed teams.
• Maintain alignment across LatAm and India coverage windows.
