AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth.

You will manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, work with data science teams, and implement AI-native tooling to keep systems performant and secure. The role requires 3+ years of server development in Python/TypeScript, API design experience with REST/gRPC, and hands-on AWS/Kubernetes with service meshes like Istio/Linkerd/Cilium.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of experience with API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including Service Mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, or similar.
• 1+ year of experience building advanced architectural components such as service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence, etc.
• 6+ months of experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to learn on the fly, and a desire for ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing infrastructure-level improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
