AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid growth. You will design reliable platform services, manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to keep systems secure and performant.

This hybrid role offers flexible hours, remote-work options, and opportunities to work on AI-native tooling while partnering with Fortune 500 brands and innovative startups across industries.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including service mesh experience (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium).
• 1+ year of building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, etc.).
• 6+ months experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code / Claude Cowork or similar.
• Excellent communication, quick learner, strong ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices and tooling to optimize development processes and increase efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
