AgileEngine, LLC. in Mexico City seeks a Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth.

You will design reliable platform services, manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and work closely with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure. This role requires comfort with distributed architectures and AI-native tooling, plus strong communication and ownership.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year API design and REST/gRPC development.
• 1+ year AWS and Kubernetes experience, with service mesh exposure.
• 1+ year building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tools.
• 6+ months SDLC AI-native usage via Claude tools.
• Excellent communication, quick-learning, ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services to support growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize development and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on project status, risks, and issues.
