OpenTable in Mexico City is seeking a Billing Support Specialist to join our hybrid team. In this role you advocate for customers while managing billing cycles, turning complex disputes into opportunities to strengthen partner relationships.

You will complete an intensive 8‑week in‑office training, then work a hybrid schedule with in‑office days Tue, Wed and Thu and remote on other days. Expect a fast-paced, multi‑channel environment focused on accuracy and retention.

Formación

• 2+ years in high-volume customer support or contact center.
• Excellent typing and ability to multitask across multiple programs.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email and live chat.
• Pass background check and be flexible to work assigned shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound billing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve disputes to protect partner relationships.
• Identify churn risks and support retention efforts.
• Execute collections and arrange payment plans.
• Process PCI-compliant payments and reconcile data.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce errors.
