Job summary

Genpact seeks a System Engineer - Azure Admin, Cloud & M365 to manage multi-cloud platforms and productivity services across Azure, AWS, and on-premise systems. You will shape policy, image management and patch compliance while supporting Dynamics/SQL workloads in a hybrid environment.

The role requires hands-on Azure/AWS, M365 expertise and strong PowerShell scripting, with fluency in English and Spanish. Expect collaboration across IT operations and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
• Hands-on Azure and AWS administration experience.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
• Professional English and Spanish language skills.
• Experience with patch management using SCCM and NinjaOne/Intune.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Administer Azure and AWS environments and monitor service health.
• Define policies, create server images, and patch management using NinjaOne or SCCM.
• Maintain on-prem Windows and Linux infrastructure.
• Automate provisioning and reporting with PowerShell.
