Job summary

Oracle in Mexico City is seeking a senior leader to guide the engineering team’s technical strategy across Growth, Public Sector, and Scale segments. You will partner with sales leadership to align technical coverage with business priorities and optimize a presales team that currently has one architect per segment.

You will lead the definition of engagement models, resource allocation, and coaching to build a high-performing team delivering measurable pipeline and growth impacts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading presales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical teams.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to translate business priorities into actionable technical strategies.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise accounts and navigating Public Sector procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technical engagement strategies in partnership with sales leadership.
• Allocate architectural resources across customer opportunities, account development initiatives, and time-sensitive commitments.
• Establish a structured technical engagement model that supports account development, pipeline generation, and consumption growth.
• Collaborate with the Architecture team to address gaps in technical account coverage.
• Develop the team through coaching, performance management, and clear ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
