IQVIA is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support clinical trial delivery by partnering with the Project Leader and CPM, providing essential project management support to mitigate risk, control cost, manage schedule, and ensure customer satisfaction for assigned projects.

Responsibilities include dashboards, milestone coordination, risk management, and financial oversight, with regular status reporting and collaboration across internal teams and the customer.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
• Typically requires +2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory, due to daily use.
• Ideally, 1 year of clinical research experience with analytical/financial skills or project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and manage performance dashboards and analyze event triggers for action.
• Coordinate project schedule and ensure timely updates of milestones with the Project Leader.
• Support risk and issue management processes.
• Manage all aspects of project finances including EAC, expenses, invoices, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Vendor and PO Management processes.
• Maintain baseline and change control processes.
• Provide timely cost, schedule, scope, utilization, and quality data for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain sections of Project Management Plans.
• Assist with resource allocation within project budgets.
• Prepare correspondence and minutes for project meetings and with customers.
• Organize meetings and coordinate with the Project Leader and team.
• Prepare project status reports and presentation materials for meetings.
• Support eTMF filing compliance and related audits.
• Coordinate onboarding of new team members and system access.
• Monitor project metrics and update IQVIA systems for reporting to senior management.
