3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a capable leader to manage a team of clinical staff supporting clinical studies in Mexico. You will ensure projects are well-resourced, and employees are trained, and meet objectives.

The role requires prior clinical trial experience, leadership in clinical operations, and strong English communication. Travel onsite to coordinate hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline or healthcare (preferred).
• Prior clinical trial experience, including leadership roles, is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP, ICH).
• Advanced English and strong communication skills are required.
• Travel onsite responsibilities and location: Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, assign, and direct work (staff management).
• Assess performance, guide professional development, and address employee relations issues.
• Participate in hiring by reviewing candidates and conducting interviews; ensure onboarding and training.
• Ensure staff have materials, system access, and training; oversee training plans and SOP reviews.
• Assign staff to clinical studies based on experience and training.
• Review and evaluate quality of clinicians' work; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure staff meet workload and quality metrics with regular reviews and reports.
• Collaborate with other clinical teams to manage project challenges and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in departmental quality or process improvement initiatives.
