Job summary

ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator II to design and analyze clinical trial data in Mexico and Colombia. You will work with your team to deliver data management tasks and ensure high data quality across studies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain strict data governance, and contribute to the advancement of therapies by ensuring accurate data capture and validation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare is required.
• Experience in clinical data management within pharma/biotech.
• Familiarity with data management software such as Medidata or Oracle RDC.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Data Management Study Lead in maintenance of eCRF and Data Validation Specifications.
• Manage clinical and third-party data reconciliation based on edit specifications and data review plans.
• Track and communicate status of study and task metrics to clinical data scientist and project team.
• Address data-related questions and recommend potential solutions.
• Identify root cause to systematically resolve data issues.
