The Law Offices of Robert M. Geller, P.A. is seeking an organized and professional Intakes & Retains Specialist to join our Guadalajara team.

You will be one of the first contacts for prospective clients, manage consultation scheduling, conduct brief intakes, and guide new clients through onboarding. This 100% in-office role requires excellent English, strong communication, empathy, and confidentiality. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a professional, collaborative

Formación

• Fluent English with strong spoken and written communication.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer service or similar client-facing roles.
• Ability to multi-task and manage scheduled appointments.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle sensitive conversations.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Call prospective clients at their scheduled consultation times.
• Conduct a structured brief intake, gathering information and completing an internal form.
• Guide clients through onboarding by completing all steps on the retains process.
• Follow established procedures, checklists and quality standards.
• Identify issues or incomplete information and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain professional, empathetic and confident communication with clients throughout the process.
