THE LAW OFFICES OF ROBERT M. GELLER, P.A. in Guadalajara is seeking a friendly, organized Phones Agent to join our team. The role is client-facing and focuses on handling calls and follow-ups to create a positive experience for every client.

You will manage a high volume of calls, set appointments from inbound and outbound channels, and follow up with leads while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Formación

• One year of experience in customer service, call center or hospitality.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Empathetic, calm under pressure and reliable.
• Strong communicator with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

We're a growing U.S. law firm seeking a friendly, organized, team player to join our team as a Phones Agent in Guadalajara.

This is a client facing role for someone who enjoys communicating with people and handling calls and follow ups, identifying opportunities while helping clients have a positive experience.

What you'll do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Set appointments from inbound and outbound calls as well as email leads,
• Follow up with leads and opportunites from internal databases.
• Identify and asses potential clients and their needs.
• Work towards achieving performance goals and contribute to overall team results.

What we're looking for

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, call center or hospitality.
• Empathetic, easygoing and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable in the phone and handling calls.
• A good communicator, detail oriented with good listening skills.
• Positive, reliable and a strong team player.
• A high level of integrity, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality

Legal experience is welcome but not required. Paid training is provided.
