Qualifications

• Active QuickBooks Online Certification.
• 1+ year bookkeeping, auditing, or tax prep.
• 1+ year customer-facing experience, ideally with U.S.-based clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
• Accounting/Finance degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately categorize transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Perform monthly financial reviews for client books.
• Act as primary client contact via chat, email, and phone.
• Explain financial information clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams using Bench App, Salesforce, and Slack.
