MainStreet is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Account Management specialist to support U.S.-based clients from Mexico City. You will categorize transactions, reconcile ledgers, and conduct monthly reviews, while serving as the primary client contact.

Requirements include QuickBooks Online Certification, 1+ year of bookkeeping and customer-facing experience, strong English communication, and a Finance degree.

Qualifikationen

• Must have QuickBooks Online Certification (active)
• 1+ year of bookkeeping, auditing, or tax experience
• 1+ year of customer-facing or client service experience with US-based clients preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency, professional communication
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Aufgaben

• Accurately categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain clean ledgers
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with careful attention to detail
• Conduct monthly financial reviews to ensure client books are accurate and up to date
• Serve as main point of contact for clients via chat, email, and phone
• Collaborate with internal teams using Bench App, Salesforce, and Slack
