PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Senior Associate AI Engineer to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will work on Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-enabled solutions, ensuring scalability and rigor in production.

You will design prompts, evals, safety, and MLOps to keep models cheap, fast, traced, and reproducible, while mentoring teams and expanding your technical mastery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Design and deploy LLM-powered automations at scale for enterprise use.
• Build evaluation frameworks and regression suites for model quality.
• Own observability: traces, latency histograms, and dashboards.
• Define SLOs for model-backed services and manage incident response.
• Debug production issues across full stack, from Kubernetes to prompts.
• Operate AI natively using Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cursor and related tools.
• Instrument LLM behavior in production and manage model cost artifacts.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines for model and prompt versioning and changes.
