Integon, the Mexican division of a major US insurance group, is seeking a Claims Reporting Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers reporting a loss, gathering essential information and routing documentation to the appropriate teams.

You will explain the claims process clearly, maintain accurate records, and assist with scheduling inspections and rental cars when needed, all while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
