AIG Mexico Servicios S.A. de C.V. is seeking a LAC Claims Governance, Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager to lead the global and regional governance strategy for Claims in Latin America and the Caribbean.

This role liaises with ORM, ERM, Internal Audit and Compliance to elevate controls and drive improvement. The successful candidate will have extensive governance/claims compliance experience, fluent Spanish and English, and a proven ability to coordinate across complex multi-region teams

Formación

• Extensive compliance, governance and/or audit background.
• Proven experience in claims governance and regulatory alignment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a multi-national setting.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a strong claims governance and compliance framework for LAC.
• Coordinate global and regional authorities, policies and controls.
• Lead QA audits, training, and evidence gathering for remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with ORM, ERM, Compliance and Internal Audit teams.
