American International Group (AIG) in Mexico City is seeking a Claims Operations & Performance Manager to oversee the end-to-end claims process, drive data-driven performance improvements, and partner with line managers to map processes for efficiency and risk management.

You will manage vendor relationships, oversee compliance, and lead initiatives in analytics, control frameworks, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• +5 years in Operations, Process, Auditing or Quality Control in financial services.
• Experience in compliance activities (Solvency II, governance) is a plus.
• Experience with risk management, data analytics and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Map operational processes to assess compliance and risk across Claims.
• Provide analytics and insights to management for better decisions.
• Develop plans to ensure data accuracy and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead data-driven solutions to address operational issues in claims.
