Venon Solutions in Tijuana, Mexico, invites a Sr. Networking Engineer – IT Infrastructure to drive high-impact infrastructure programs. You will design, deploy, and optimize SD-WAN and enterprise networks while aligning with security and governance standards.

The role demands 6+ years in network engineering (Cisco focus), excellent English, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid, contractor opportunity in USD with six months duration and potential extensions.

Formación

• 6/7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering with a Cisco focus.
• 5+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
• 3–5 years hands-on designing and deploying SD-WAN solutions.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) required for fluent communication with international teams.
• CCNP or higher certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• SD-WAN engineering & deployment: design, implement, optimize hub-and-spoke architectures.
• Network design & enhancement of wired and wireless solutions with vendors and internal teams.
• Technical execution & infrastructure governance aligning with roadmaps and standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration with architects to support cohesive design strategies.
• Performance monitoring & analytics using telemetry tools to diagnose issues.
• Automation & orchestration support aligning with NetDevOps practices.
• Security & compliance implementation per DAA security standards.
• Operational support & advanced troubleshooting for complex scenarios.
