Job summary

MUBI is seeking a driven cinema and digital media student for a 6-month marketing internship in Mexico City. You will produce creative content, curate a locally resonant social media agenda, and gain hands-on experience within our global team.

You will cut film clips, assist with community engagement, develop content ideas, and coordinate with external partners. This internship offers practical training in content marketing and a chance to contribute to MUBI's culturally diverse programming.

Qualifications

• Current student of cinema, communications, media or related fields.
• Proficient video editor with Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Organized and resourceful learner with strong writing ability.
• Familiar with independent and international film.
• Well-versed in social media and up-to-date on digital trends.
• Interested in understanding the industry landscape.

Responsibilities

• Creating and curating content for local social media channels.
• Cutting film clips used to promote programming.
• Supporting the social team with community interaction and asset creation.
• Developing ideas and strategies for content marketing initiatives.
• Liaising with external partners to amplify MUBI and deliver related materials.
• Researching and reporting on competitive trends in the marketplace.
• Covering other day-to-day tasks as they arise.
