MUBI invites a motivated cinema and media student to join our marketing team in Mexico City as an intern. You will create engaging content, curate a Mexico-focused social media plan, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic streaming and film distribution environment.

As part of the internship, you will edit video content using Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to content marketing initiatives while staying attuned to global cinema

Qualifications

• Current student of cinema, communications, media or related fields.
• Proficient video editor experienced with Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Organized and resourceful learner with strong writing ability.
• Familiar with independent and international film.
• Well-versed in social media and digital trends.
• Interested in understanding the industry landscape.

Responsibilities

• Produce creative content for social media and marketing.
• Curate a locally resonant social media agenda for Mexico City.
• Cut film clips to promote programming.
• Support social team with community interaction and asset creation.
• Develop ideas and strategies for content marketing initiatives.
• Liaise with external partners to amplify MUBI materials.
• Research and report on competitive trends in the marketplace.
• Cover other day-to-day tasks as they arise.
