Job summary

DiDi Global is seeking a Marketing Intern to support day-to-day activities for the Mexico and Colombia markets. You will assist with budget workflows, reporting, and campaign coordination while learning through hands-on tasks and collaboration with the Marketing Analyst and Senior Manager.

This internship emphasizes developing skills in data-informed marketing, AI-enabled tooling, and cross-functional teamwork within a hybrid work setup. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from the sixth semester onward in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English; advanced English (C1) preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets with formulas, pivot tables, and charts; good PowerPoint/Slides skills.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination abilities; ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Curiosity about AI and new tools; experience with project-management or AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day budget administration and financial workflows; track purchase requests and orders and invoice status.
• Maintain trackers and reports across campaigns and owned-channel activities; translate results into reports and learnings.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools to improve reporting speed and quality; organize information efficiently.
• Assist planning and coordination of marketing initiatives; keep project plans and timelines updated and flag blockers.
• Translate approved business needs into clear briefs; coordinate feedback with creative, legal, and other teams.
• Support the execution of owned-channel communications (in-app messages, push, SMS, WhatsApp) and assist broader campaigns as capabilities grow.
