Job summary

Unilever PLC in Mexico seeks a senior leader to run Customer Operations, connecting planning, customer experience and logistics to improve service levels and cost efficiency. The role drives end-to-end execution, inventories optimization, and transformation across planning, CEX and logistics functions.

The position requires extensive experience in supply chain leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable growth and improved product availability

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Planning or Logistics.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex organisations.
• Experience in integrated planning processes and customer-service management.
• Experience leading business-transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated planning process (S&OP / IBP).
• Align demand, supply, inventories and operational capabilities with business priorities.
• Lead decision-making to optimise service levels, inventory, cost and working capital.
• Manage supply risks and define mitigation plans.
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, product availability and inventory productivity.
