Zusammenfassung

TechnipFMC plc is seeking a Senior Specialist, Project Controls to support project delivery through planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate monitoring and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and baselines, monitoring progress, and producing EVMS-based reports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in project controls, PM, cost control, planning, or scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of EVMS and performance measurement methods.
• Experience with scheduling software, ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of cost forecasting, change and risk management processes.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate trends to stakeholders.
• Experience with contracting, commercial management, and project execution.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and baselines.
• Monitor progress, analyze trends, and identify deviations from plans.
• Prepare and distribute controls reports for schedule, cost, risk, and forecast.
• Support forecasting activities including revenue, cash flow, and resources.
• Coordinate inputs for finance, contract management, and risk.
• Facilitate earned value analysis and performance measurement reporting.
• Identify risks and opportunities and help develop mitigations.
• Maintain controls systems, dashboards, and project coding structures.
• Support internal and external project reviews with analyses and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controls processes and reporting.
