One&Only Resorts Riviera Nayarit seeks an experienced Kitchen HR Admin to oversee human resources and kitchen materials, ensuring top culinary standards and staff development. The role requires leadership and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar upscale 5-star hotel/resort setting, demonstrates the ability to lead and motivate teams, and communicates fluently in English.

• Minimum of 2 years in the same capacity in an upscale 5-star hotel/resort environment.
• Ability to lead, supervise and motivate staff to high culinary standards.
• Excellent spoken and written English required.

About The Job.

The ideal candidate is responsible of the human resources administration and materials of the kitchen and assure the highest standards in food preparation. Supporting staff training and development of all culinary aspects in all the areas.

About You.

The suitable candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same capacity un an upscale 5 stars hotel/resort environment. Ability to work in a challenging working environment, who can lead, supervise and motivate his/her staff in all aspect of the culinary areas to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance with the standard operating procedures established. Excellent Spoken and written English is required.
