Job description

Role Purpose

The Channel Manager, LATAM supports Omilia's channel development across Latin America, operating within a distinct regional go-to-market model tailored to the LATAM market rather than replicating the North America TSD structure. The role focuses on partner activation, pipeline development, and field support across priority markets, with particular emphasis on Brazil and Mexico. Working closely with the Channel Director, LATAM, this role builds and mobilizes a network of regional integrators, carrier-owned distribution partners, and SI-led CCaaS deployment partners to grow Omilia's presence and revenue in the region.

Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end activation lifecycle of regional integrators, carrier-owned distribution partners, and SI-led CCaaS deployment partners across priority LATAM markets, from initial engagement through to a productive, revenue-generating relationship.
  • Drive sustainable partner-sourced pipeline growth in Brazil, Mexico, and other priority markets, ensuring the channel contributes a growing and predictable share of regional bookings against agreed targets.
  • Guarantee the integrity of LATAM channel data by maintaining accurate, timely, and consistent CRM pipeline attribution for all partner-sourced opportunities, enabling reliable forecasting and partner performance reporting.
  • Build and protect Omilia's reputation and field awareness within LATAM partner communities, positioning Omilia as a credible, engaged, and easy-to-work-with vendor relative to competing CCaaS and conversational AI providers.
  • Act as the operational backbone of the region's distinct channel go-to-market model, ensuring the Channel Director, LATAM has the field intelligence, partner relationships, and pipeline visibility needed to make sound strategic decisions.
  • Identify and upscale gaps, risks, or underperformance within the LATAM partner network before they impact regional revenue, proposing corrective action where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Channel Director, LATAM in activating regional integrators, carrier-owned distribution partners, and SI-led CCaaS deployments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with regional technology advisors, telecom integrators, and contact center-focused SIs in priority markets.
  • Co-sell on active partner-submitted opportunities alongside the Channel Director, LATAM and Omilia Account Executives.
  • Drive field awareness of Omilia within LATAM partner communities through events, training sessions, and direct engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline attribution for LATAM partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Track partner performance and engagement, flagging risks or gaps to the Channel Director, LATAM.
  • Represent Omilia at regional partner and industry events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Required:

  • 3-7 years of experience in channel development, partner sales, or business development in LATAM technology markets.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM go-to-market dynamics, including regional telecom integrators, carrier distribution (Telefonica/Movistar, Claro), and SI-led deployment models.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, plus fluency in English.
  • Strong relationship-building and co-selling skills with a partner-first mindset.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy across multiple priority markets and manage a distributed partner network.

Nice to have:

  • Background in CCaaS, contact center technology, or conversational AI.
  • Existing relationships with regional CCaaS SIs or telecom integrators in Brazil or Mexico.
  • Familiarity with nascent conversational AI adoption in LATAM enterprise markets.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Fixed compensation;
  • Long-term employment with the working days vacation;
  • Development in professional growth (courses, training, etc);
  • Being part of successful cutting-edge technology products that are making a global impact in the service industry;
  • Proficient and fun-to-work-with colleagues;
  • Apple gear.
