Milwaukee Tool is expanding its Sales Training function within the Shared Services team. We support leadership development, marketing and engineering training, plus sales training, with a focus on delivering high-impact programs.

The role covers scheduling, event coordination, LMS administration and collaboration with the Talent Organization to onboard new hires and run training events—virtually or in person. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day tasks for the training and development function including scheduling, resourcing and support management.
• Design, produce and deploy key department communication.
• Partner with the Talent Organization to execute New Hire orientation and equip new hires with materials.
• Support in-person and virtual training events including materials, tech setup, catering and logistics.
• Oversee training rooms, schedules, inventory and facility work orders.
• Provide LMS support including creating courses, events, reports and attendance tracking.
• Execute Training Champion program to assist employees across Milwaukee Tool.
