Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary plant representative for ECN/ECR processes, receiving, evaluating, coordinating, and deploying engineering changes.
• Act as the key liaison between JADEC Engineering teams and plant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of product changes, manufacturing requirements, and configuration updates.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Change Coordinators across other manufacturing locations to ensure alignment, standardization, best-practice sharing, implementation consistency, and successful execution of global engineering initiatives.
• Lead and govern the ECN process, ensuring the successful planning, validation, implementation, and closure of all ECNs/ECRs.
• Coordinate and manage product changes throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment between Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Global Engineering.
• Evaluate engineering changes from a cross-functional perspective, assessing technical, operational, quality, material, inventory, customer, regulatory, and financial impacts prior to implementation.
• Develop and maintain material master data, bills of materials, product structures, and engineering records to ensure data integrity within SAP, Windchill, and applicable engineering systems.
• Own engineering change governance by establishing implementation plans, effectivity strategies, risk mitigation actions, and execution timelines that minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Lead the engineering change review process, ensuring all stakeholders understand responsibilities, implementation requirements, business impacts, and execution expectations.
• Analyze potential savings opportunities, inventory impacts, cost reductions, material substitutions, productivity improvements, and operational benefits generated through engineering changes.

What will you do?

As the CCB Leader at Johnson Controls in Monterrey, you will play a pivotal role in our contract engineering team, overseeing both the technical and commercial aspects of diverse projects. From the moment an order is received, you'll be the primary customer contact, ensuring seamless project execution from design to completion.

Your responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary plant representative for Engineering Change Management activities, receiving, evaluating, coordinating, and deploying engineering changes generated by Global Engineering organizations.
• Act as the key liaison between JADEC Engineering teams and plant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of product changes, manufacturing requirements, and configuration updates.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Change Coordinators across other manufacturing locations to ensure alignment, standardization, best-practice sharing, implementation consistency, and successful execution of global engineering initiatives.
