Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Change Control Engineer for the SLP campus. You will coordinate the System of Engineering Changes (MCO), develop standard work for the assembly line, and drive improvements across manufacturing with real-time data to support decisions.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, updating ERP routings, and contributing to cost-reduction initiatives through Industry 4.0 tools. Strong English and CAD/ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; 3 years' experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• English at conversational level; ability to communicate and present; lead cross-functional meetings.
• Proficient with ERP Oracle, CAD systems, Enovia and Minitab; core tools knowledge.
• ISO/IATF 16949 awareness and lean manufacturing knowledge; Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the System of Engineering Changes (MCO) across manufacturing units.
• Develop and update Standard Work Documentation for the assembly line.
• Integrate and improve the manufacturing system; provide real-time data for decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams; drive cost savings and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
