Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Manufacturing Change Coordinator to manage COs, Ds, and ERP/PDM workflows across regional tools. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and quality to ensure changes are documented, approved, and deployed efficiently in the PLM/ERP ecosystem.

The role emphasizes PLM tracking, BOM validation, and cross-functional leadership in a manufacturing facility in Mexico, with a strong focus on design for manufacturability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing and mechanical processes.
• 1-2 years of ERP and PDM experience.
• Advanced English written and verbal.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional relationships across teams and locations.
• Strong leadership and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Track engineering Change Orders (COs) and Deviations through PLM systems and processes to ensure timely completion and deployment in multiple regional ERP tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define, modify and improve products for accurate Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and BOMs.
• Coordinate with corporate process owners on SKUs release and COs peer reviews.
• Understand and integrate Change Requests from manufacturing, operations, and quality needs.
• Generate and follow up Deviations according to Fit, Form and Function analyses.
• Validate drawings, 3D models and schematics for correct fabrication of products.
• Review and define Process Control Codes (PCCs) for BOMs used in each production line.
• Analyze impact of COs and Deviations and coordinate required tasks across departments.
• Manage Change Control Board (CCB) implementation of changes.
