The USO seeks a Center Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day Center operations across multiple locations, delivering engaging programs and services for troops and families. The role focuses on guest help, safety, event support, and volunteer coordination.

You will assist with communications, promotions, and basic reporting, ensuring a welcoming, well-run Center environment at Camp Humphreys in Korea.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and welcome guests, orient them to the Center and its offerings; provide troops with high quality customer service.
• Assist with opening/closing, key control, Emergency Preparedness Plan compliance, and safety protocol adherence.
• Monitor readiness and availability of the Center; maintain cleanliness; monitor facilities and inventory.
• Plan and execute programs, activities and events on/off installations; ensure volunteer coverage.
• Create promotional materials and manage social media content per guidelines; maintain Center website and social media channels.
• Answer and screen calls; respond to email; produce and maintain reports and databases.
• Guide, train and assist volunteers; process cash/donation sales.
• May operate a USO or personal vehicle.
• Other duties including backfilling for Center Operations Specialists.
