TSMG is seeking a Team Coordinator to support local operations and participant management for a data collection project in medical device usability testing. You will help coordinate participants and oversee onboarding, schedule sessions, and manage device logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate local participants involved in the project.
• Support onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants.
• Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation.
• Support device logistics and procurement when required.
• Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities.
• Monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation.
