Avantive Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager for our Mexico City (CDMX) site. The role leads Supervisors and their teams to achieve sales and operational goals with a coaching, high-performance culture.

The candidate will coach, motivate, and drive accountability, using data-driven decisions in a fast-paced sales environment and ensuring continuous improvement across the operation.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AVS Operations Supervisor.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the Frontier Line of Business.
• No corrective actions within the last 6 months.
• No unjustified absences within the last 6 months.
• Consistently achieved or exceeded KPI goals during the last three fiscal months.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and inspire Supervisors and Agents by setting clear expectations and promoting accountability and performance.
• Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and operational support on the floor.
• Drive daily execution with urgency to meet operational objectives.
• Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance and communicate updates.
