Epicor is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to process cash receipts and resolve payment discrepancies. The role involves posting payments, reconciling with bank deposits, and addressing unapplied receipts in a high-volume setting.

You will collaborate with the Collections team to resolve invoice issues, maintain clean AR balances, and support daily reporting. A high school or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of accounting/clerical experience are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• 2+ years of applicable experience and 1+ year accounting/clerical work.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily receipts and record payments to customer accounts.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts to the general ledger.
• Research unapplied and unallocated receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Post daily payments and reconcile to bank deposits.
• Collaborate with Collections to resolve invoice issues.
