Job summary

World Class Health is seeking a Care Navigator (Contract — Mexico) to assist members with imaging, diagnostic, surgical, and clinical needs. You will work with automated outreach and navigation teams, engaging US-based members by phone, text, and email.

You’ll follow playbooks that evolve, performing outreach with strong judgment and ensuring accurate documentation in Salesforce. This is an early-stage operation with room to optimize processes as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Bachelor's degree; or an Associate's degree with healthcare or operations experience.
• Available to work US business hours (Eastern or Pacific).
• Comfortable making outbound calls to new contacts.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call members to introduce the World Class Health benefit.
• Establish credibility and trust during outbound calls.
• Explain benefits, coverage, cost, and facility options clearly.
