Formación

• Proven experience in event planning and logistics coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cancún, Quintana Roo, MX.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of company events, from conception to completion.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and other logistical needs for attendees and staff.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure event success.
• Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Oversee on-site event management and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Manage event registration and attendee communication.
• Prepare post-event reports, including budget reconciliation and feedback analysis.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers.
