Intugo Mexico in Guadalajara, Jalisco, on-site, seeks a training specialist to guide and train team members on revenue cycle management best practices and industry standards. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve the contact centre function, conduct needs-based assessments, execute training, develop reinforcements, and perform evaluations.

Advanced English is required and experience with the US Healthcare system is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Contact centre experience with RCM methodologies and curriculum development.
• Experience in US healthcare related fields (preferred).
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency and solid computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsabilidades

• On-the-job training sessions to equip team members with RCM knowledge and compliance.
• Learn and certify multiple RCM billing systems to demonstrate proficiency.
• Conduct refresher training based on root-cause analysis and knowledge gaps.
• Develop training modules on billing codes, submission processes, and payer communications.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position will be responsible for guiding and training team members on best practices and industry standards related to revenue cycle management. They are also responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the contact centre function; conduct needs-based assessments, execute training delivery, develop reinforcements, and conduct evaluations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• On the Job Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively. This includes education on RCM software, Project Specifics, compliance regulations, and industry updates.
• Billing System Expertise: Learn multiple Billing Systems and getting certified to demonstrate proficiency in using RCM software (billing system) effectively and efficiently.
• Refresher Training: Conduct refresher training basis the root cause. This includes preparing modules to bridge the Knowledge gaps.
• Content Development: Develop modules on understanding billing codes, navigating billing software, and mastering claim submission processes. Include sections on effective communication with payers, handling denials, and implementing strategies for efficient follow-up on unpaid claims. Interactive simulations or case studies can enhance practical skills and emphasize the importance of compliance and regulatory updates in the training program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• . Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Contact centre experience – proficient in RCM methodologies, curriculum development and tracking knowledge effectiveness and maintaining Learning Rigor
• Experience in US Healthcare related fields (Preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of contact centre processes, strong coaching skills, and experience in training and development.
• Advanced English proficiency
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office is mandatory.
• Strong client communication and problem-solving abilities

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

From $28,000 MXN gross monthly (Negotiable according to experience and skills)
