Lennox International busca un Diseñador CAD II para un puesto de tiempo completo en Saltillo, México. El/la candidato/a trabajará en la revisión de dibujos, especificaciones y requerimientos de clientes para garantizar soluciones precisas y entregas puntuales.

El puesto requiere educación universitaria y al menos 2 años de experiencia relacionada, con dominio de Microsoft Office y CRM. Se valora orientación al cliente y habilidades de gestión de tiempos y problemas.

Formación

• Título universitario o experiencia equivalente.
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia relacionada.
• Conocimiento en Office y CRM.
• Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.
• Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos mecánicos.
• Habilidad para manejar prioridades y plazos.

Responsabilidades

• Contacto principal para clientes, atiende consultas y procesa pedidos.
• Revisa dibujos y especificaciones para determinar necesidades.
• Gestiona solicitudes desde consulta inicial hasta entrega.
• Modificaciones, cancelaciones y devoluciones de pedidos.
• Seguimiento de cotizaciones y actualiza informes.
• Colabora con servicio al cliente, logística y finanzas.
• Mantiene registros de clientes en CRM.
• Alinea operaciones internas para satisfacción del cliente.
• Mantiene datos de cuentas e interacciones en CRM.

Under general supervision, the Key Account Rep is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer quotes, orders, and dispute resolution. Working in a collaborative team environment, this role supports a shared portfolio of customer accounts and ensures seamless customer experience through efficient communication and service delivery.

• Primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing detailed product information.
• Reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications provided by customers to determine product needs.
• Managing and tracking customer requests from initial inquiry through production and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Processing order modifications, cancellations, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Managing ongoing quote follow-ups by regularly updating reports, tracking status changes in customer databases and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as customer service, logistics , and finance to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Maintaining customer records in customer database for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate account data and interactions within CRM tools.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 year of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Excellent customer service skills, including effective listening and communication.
• Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations with professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills .
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and competing demands.
