Lennox is seeking a maintenance technician in our team to perform service and repairs on industrial equipment. You will diagnose issues by inspecting drives, motors, belts, and related components, using manuals and diagrams as references.

Role requires a technical degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and proactive problem solving. Rotation shifts apply.

Formación

• Technical degree in electromechanical, mechatronics, electrical or related field.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic/mechanical systems.
• Operate measuring instruments and perform preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance.
• Apply root cause analysis and safety standards (LOTO).
• HVAC knowledge and automatic industrial presses preferred.
• Teamwork, assertive communication, safety focus, urgency, proactivity.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Job Description

Performs maintenance service and repairs. Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. Diagnoses mechanical problems and determines how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary. Inspects drives, motors, and belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, or performs other maintenance actions, following checklists. Inspects, operates, and tests machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree (Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Mechanical or related field)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance in manufacturing companies.
• Interpretation and reading of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Operation of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments.
• Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Identification and analysis of failures using root cause methodologies
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and application of LOTO procedures.
• Preferably with knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and automatic industrial presses.
