Confindential company is seeking a production leader to oversee daily cable assembly operations, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. You will coach a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement across lean initiatives and ERP/MRP-driven processes.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and customer service to align production with broader business goals and customer expectations.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Management.
• 8+ years in production management (cable assembly exclusively).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily cable assembly operations (cutting, crimping, soldering, harnessing, testing).
• Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
