Axiom is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Guadalajara, Mexico, to support our teams that build products for the AI era. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and drive resolution with a focus on one-call issue resolution.

Reporting to the Director, Central Procurement, you’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage shipping and invoicing basics, and maintain service standards under pressure. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel proficiency demonstrated.
• Experience in similar customer service roles is preferred.
• Experience interacting with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
