Flex Ltd in Guadalajara North is seeking a Jr. Business Systems & DB Analyst to explore complex business problems and implement automated, scalable IT solutions. You will design processes, troubleshoot issues, and partner with stakeholders to deliver viable IT services.

You will develop onboarding and training plans, support IT tools, and create adoption strategies while continuously improving user experience and supporting growth opportunities.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryThe Business Systems & DB Analyst Jr. will be based in Guadalajara North campus, reporting to the Business Systems Analyst.In this role, you’ll be in charge of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions, while being in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes to make them more efficient.
