Flex is seeking a Business System Analyst to join Flex North, based in Mexico. The role acts as the liaison between customers and IT, recording incidents and implementing temporary solutions while permanent fixes are developed.

Key activities include diagnosing data quality issues, prioritizing incidents, escalating complex problems to the service provider, and ensuring on-site staff support as needed to sustain IT service levels.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in technical support.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience with networking and operating systems.
• Knowledge of servers.
• Experience with Active Directory is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Job Summary

The "Business System Analyst" will be based in Flex North, reporting to the Business System Analyst lead

The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the first point of contact between the customer and IT. He will record the occurrence and solution of first-level support incidents, in addition to the implementation and registration of temporary solutions to failures in IT services while a permanent solution is implemented.

What a typical day looks like

• Provide solutions to incidents of second and third functional and technical level.
• Record the occurrence and resolution of support incidents.
• Implementation and registration of permanent solutions to failures in IT services
• To diagnose quality problems of application data.
• Prioritize and resolving support incidents generated in IT services.

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Experiencia en HW computadoras, celulares, impresoras de oficina, etc.
• Knowledge of servers.
