Job summary

Flex is seeking a Delivery Business Systems Analyst in Guadalajara, South Campus. You will analyze complex business problems and design automated systems to improve efficiency, while supporting IT development projects and maintaining information systems for the business.

The role involves determining system improvements, writing specifications, and collaborating across levels to meet customer requirements. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and English proficiency are required.

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, programming, or related field.
• Intermediate-advanced English is required.
• Experience with networks and supporting production lines.
• People management experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and data.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the Delivery Business Systems Analyst, you will responsible for analyzing complex business problems to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient. Supporting the IT system development projects team for the business, responsible for administering and maintaining the organization’s information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs.

What a typical day looks like

Determinate required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation in order to meet customer’s requirements.

Support customer’s application.

Analyze new requirements.

Supervise staff on the determination of methods and procedures on new assignments.

Write functional and technical specifications for developers.

Analyzes, defines and documents system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls and outputs.

Analyzes and estimates feasibility, cost, time, compatibility with other systems and computer capabilities.

Determinate required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation in order to meet customer’s requirements.

Support customers application.

Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

Verify newly developed processes.

Develop impromptu reports according to user’s requests.

Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineer, Computer science, programming, or related careers.


• Intermediate- advanced English


• Experience with networks


• Experience providing general support to production lines


• Personnel management


• Flex Flow experience would be a plus


• Works under pressure.


• Organized


• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports, legal documents or governmental regulations.


• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.


• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, associates, vendors and/or customers.


• Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization from production associates through executives.
