DELTA ImmoTec México is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and coordination of mechanical building systems across project phases in Mexico and internationally. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and project teams to develop innovative and efficient solutions for complex projects.

You will design plumbing, utilities, and other mechanical systems, prepare calculations and reports, and support from concept through commissioning in an international

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in plumbing, utility systems, or mechanical building services engineering.
• Native Spanish and professional English proficiency.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop plumbing, compressed air, process utility piping systems and other mechanical building systems.
• Prepare calculations, technical specifications, reports, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, architects, and external partners.
• Support design reviews, technical workshops, and value engineering activities.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with relevant standards and best practices.
