RGP is seeking a Brokerage Accounting Specialist in Mexico City to lead design and implementation of accounting processes for brokerage and banking activities. You will manage intercompany processes, reconciliations, and financial consolidation while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7-12 years in brokerage/financial accounting, strong IFRS knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Formación

• 7-12 years of accounting experience within a Brokerage House, Bank, Financial Institution, or Financial Group.
• Strong understanding of brokerage operations, financial products, and accounting flows.
• Experience leading accounting integration, migration, or operating model implementation projects.
• Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and process design.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial regulatory frameworks is highly valued.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of accounting processes supporting business integration initiatives.
• Define accounting models, operating frameworks, and accounting rules for brokerage and banking activities.
• Manage intercompany accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial consolidation activities.
• Analyze complex financial data to support accounting, regulatory, and management reporting.
• Assess accounting impacts of products, transactions, and operational changes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, strengthen controls, and support finance transformation efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
